What tasks will the cleaner normally carry out?
We will do all the usual vacuuming, dusting and polishing and will clean the bathrooms and kitchen. We will also clean interior windows if required and most other general household cleaning within your home at your request
Will I have to be at home when my cleaner attends?
No, our cleaners are vetted and can hold your house keys. We will provide you with a key receipt form for your cleaner to sign.
Do you operate after 6pm?
Our main operating hours our between 6am and 9pm, However our office opening hours are between 9am and 6pm.
Do I have to supply cleaning materials?
We can supply all the materials and equipment needed but are also happy to use the client’s own. Of course, where jobs require specialist cleaning equipment, we will bring that with us.
Can I choose what time my house will be cleaned?
We will clean your house at a time and day that suits you. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to stick to the same day and time each week, so you know when we’re coming. And we’ll let you know in advance if we need to change your cleaning schedule.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
We guarantee all our work for every customer. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your cleaning we will come back and do it again at no extra cost to you.
Can you unlock/lock and alarm the building?
Since our commercial cleaning services normally takes place outside of regular business hours, this is a service we are happy to provide to all our clients, big or small.
What areas do your cleaners cover?
At current the areas we cover are Caister, Great Yarmouth, Cobholm & Southtown and Gorleston.
